Noble has always been a sponsor of Special Olympics, and utilizes the services of ARC whenever possible. We have sponsored the Steampunk and Maker's Fair for Lafayette, the Grand Coteau Sweet Dough Pie Festival, and helped to host support at several local cycling and triathlon events. Our employees serve as advisors to various student groups at LSU and ULL, host a Mystery Design Challenge at ULL's Engineering Week, and serve on boards of professional organizations. Our values are to do what you say you're going to do, to care about getting it right, and to help people succeed. We accomplish this through a creative vision, tenacity, and competitiveness.
Our mission is simple yet challenging. To make the product realization process pleasant and profitable. Our Dream It Make It™ mantra is a reflection of our no holds barred mentality when it comes to turning an idea into reality.
Noble Plastics was incorporated in October of 2000 by Missy and Scott Rogers in Lafayette, Louisiana. Both mechanical engineers, their backgrounds in custom instrumentation and control systems, equipment troubleshooting, and forensic consulting prepared them for the challenges of manufacturing. Scott's creativity had already contributed to several patents, and in just a few short years, the company added a design group for product development. In 2006 the company moved to Grand Coteau with the acquisition of its first owned building, and added another in 2014. Now with over 100,000 ft2, use of the IQMS ERP system, RJG E-Dart process monitors, and a decade of ISO certification, Noble's diverse staff is well trained and capable of delivering services in all three of our business groups. Recent awards have included the Junior Achievement Small Business of the Year award in 2014, and the Louisiana Lantern Award given by Louisiana Economic Development for contributions to community, employment, and growth.
