SERVICES

Noble Plastics' primary focus is plastic injection molding. We combine highly motivated and competent personnel with high end, primary, auxiliary, and support equipment. The result is fast reliable production at competitive prices.

At Noble Plastics, we are continually upgrading and expanding our portfolio of services allowing us to more completely support customer needs. Each service has been carefully selected to augment our core business of injection molding.

Injection Molding

With vertical and horizontal press sizes ranging from 40 to 330 US tons, Noble can produce a wide variety of parts. Our injection molding presses are equipped with many optional features, thus accommodating highly complex mold mechanical and processing requirements.

Pad Printing

Part decoration may be accomplished with our high quality automatic printing equipment. Printing may be done on flat or contoured surfaces, requiring only camera ready art from the customer.

MoldFlow

Noble Plastics uses the Mold Advisor software from MoldFlow Corporation to perform process analyses on new designs or existing molds. Basic part analysis starts at $995 with a customer supplied solid model file. See our FAQ section for more information on this type of analysis.

Part Design

Noble Plastics approaches part design from three directions. These are as follows:

Form: How does the part look?

Function: How does the part work?

Manufacturability Can the part be made and how much will it cost?

Noble uses the latest in CAD technology for part design. Part of the design process is evaluation of the molding process using MoldFlow.

Product Design

Sometimes a product consists of one part (e.g., a comb). Often, however, a product is an assembly of many parts, some plastic, some not. In this case it is important to have someone like Noble on your team. Having worked on many such projects, Noble Plastics has made great efforts to establish relationships with providers of castings, stampings, electronics,  and other services residing outside of our core competency. This supplier network allows us to apply the right technology to the application, thus providing our customers with the best value solution for their product.

Tooling (Injection Molds)

The importance of quality tooling cannot be overstated (see the FAQ). With in-house repair capabilities, Noble has established key relationships with quality mold fabricators, each satisfying a niche in the industry. Such an approach allows Noble to provide the best value solution to the customer. Whether the driving factor is economy, speed, miniature size, or over molding requirements, Noble can select the best fit for our customer.

Working as a customer agent, Noble Plastics takes an active part in establishment and review of mold design, thus minimizing the chance for initial production and quality problems.
