Mold Flow and Analysis

Noble Plastics uses the Mold Advisor software from MoldFlow Corporation to perform process analyses on new designs or existing molds. Basic part analysis starts at $995 with a customer supplied solid model file. See our FAQ section for more information on this type of analysis.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Noble uses the latest software to analyze the mechanical behavior of parts. Finite Element Analysis allows the prediction of part stress and deflection under loads aiding in the design or re-design process. Noble Plastics uses the Inventor Professional Suite of products for modeling and mechanical analysis.
