Grant Viator is the Production Manager for Noble Plastics, Inc. He graduated with a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Grant has a diverse work history including 10+ years in the Oil and Gas Service sector prior to joining the Noble team. Prior to transitioning to Production Manager, Grant served as Quality Manager, successfully leading the team in reducing nonconformance and ensuring customer satisfaction through improved quality measures.
